Smart Templates, Intellitrack® quick texts, and Team Links are available and can be used by your team immediately. These alone give your team’s productivity a huge boost.
Your QUASII AI Chat can also be used immediately, but the AI magic really happens when you start sharing your best replied messages/conversations with the system on an ongoing basis. Here’s how it works:
During the onboarding process with your company, the person responsible for your email/messaging system gives us limited API access to your mail system. This can be done easily and securely in a few minutes.
Your employees can then apply the tag “TRAIN QUASII AI” in e.g. Outlook, Gmail or Misive, which initiates QUASII’s learning process. Messages you have tagged are automatically stored in QUASII’s so-called vector store, which makes them semantically searchable. This means that the QUASII AI gradually becomes smarter. With unique precision it can finds previous messages and draft suggestions for new responses that accurately reflect your company’s facts and tone.
Your employees can also apply the “QUASII Tag Stream” tag to a message in e.g. Outlook or Gmail. This will automatically populate the QUASII app’s to-do list with the message so it can be processed with the QUASII AI.

We only store the specific messages your team explicitly tags. All personally identifiable information is automatically anonymized unless required for providing support. Data is stored exclusively in EU-based data centers, and we follow strict retention and deletion policies to ensure full GDPR compliance.
Encryption & API Security
Email data is transferred using the official Microsoft, Google, and similar APIs. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and encrypted at rest. API scopes are restricted to the minimum required, and access can be limited to QUASII-approved static IPs.
