1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Welcome to QUASII (quasii.ai and quasii.io – the “Service”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, software, and services. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
QUASII provides AI-powered productivity tools, including Smart Templates, AI drafting, IntelliType™, and related features. Subscription plans (such as Starter, Growth, and Enterprise) offer different features and pricing. Current details are available on the Pricing page.
4. USE OF SERVICES
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service or violate any laws while using it.
5. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
6. PAYMENT
Subscription fees and applicable taxes are billed according to the plan selected. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Pricing may change for future periods, with notice provided when required.
7. AI CREDITS
Each plan is metered based on the usage of AI credits. If you downgrade the number of users on your plan, your AI credit usage must decrease accordingly. If your AI usage does not decrease, a credit-based pricing model automatically takes effect, and your pricing remains unchanged because it is then determined by your AI credit consumption rather than the number of users. This is due to the fact that higher usage of AI with the same or fewer users correlates to the effectiveness and value of QUASII, allowing fewer people to provide more and better service.
8. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions to the Service. Refund requests must meet the following conditions:
• The request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial subscription start date.
• The guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of a plan and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, add-ons, credit overages, or additional user purchases.
• Refunds are not granted if the Service has been used in a way that indicates substantial or abnormal usage, misuse, or if significant AI credit consumption has occurred.
• After a refund is issued, access to the Service will be terminated immediately.
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be abusive, repetitive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith.
The purpose of this guarantee is to allow new customers to try QUASII risk-free. It is not intended as a way to obtain free extended use of the Service.
9. DATA USAGE
Your data is collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to that processing.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights in the Service, including software, content, and trademarks, belong to us or our licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.
11. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings or support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law or covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, fees are non-refundable.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QUASII and its affiliates from claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Denmark.
